Have You Been to the Producer Zone?
It's the wave of the future. More and more companies are going paperless, and Insurance Services of America is riding that wave. Nowadays, most of our applications are submitted and issued online, and our agents love it! Within minutes you can get instant quotes, apply online, and print out your policy and ID card on the spot~ with just a few clicks of a mouse. We even provide our agents with personalized weblinks that can be placed on a web page or emailed to clients. When someone does business from your personalized link, you will automatically get credit for it without entering your info or agent number.
*Ok, so you've applied online for your client's policy, now what?*
Today we're going to talk about how to take advantage of all the HCC Producer Zone has to offer, and it's pretty darn cool!
To access the Producer Zone you will need your agent number and password. This info was emailed to you when you became appointed, but if you don't have it just drop me an email (Kina@IsaBrokers.com) and I will gladly provide you with your log-in information.
Once you've logged on, you will be able to manage all of your online business.
Within the Producer Zone you have a multitude of tools and
marketing materials at your fingertips.
From here you can create and print customized marketing tools and brochures and access customized links for your Online Quoting and Application System, Live Help and Product Selection Tool.
The Producer Zone also allows you to check the status of your commissions and view a history of policies that you have sold. You can find out which of your client's policies are up for renewal, print out copies of documents for your clients, and get all sorts of cool stuff to enhance your website, like sales banners:
